Our jewelry is made with the finest components, including Thai, Bali and Hill Tribes sterling, 24k gold plate over sterling,
Swarovski crystals, semi-precious stones and more. Each piece is handcrafted.  Sweet Silver is made with .999 pure fine silver.  The waxed cotton cord will wear like a good pair of jeans.  It will soften with age, and water may cause it to shrink and fade.  Some customers NEVER remove their cotton cord jewelry!  If you wear your piece to the max, re-stringing services are available.  Just send it back and we will freshen it up!  E-mail us for prices.

All of the jewelry on this site is handcrafted; therefore, each piece will have slight variations from the photos shown.

Custom Orders:

Most jewelry can be customized, just ask.  All custom orders are final sale. 

Returns & Exchanges:
We want you to love your purchase, and feel good when you wear it! if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase simply return the item within 14 days from the date of receipt for a full refund. To receive a refund, items must be returned in their original packaging and shipped back via insured mail. Please insure your return for the price of the jewelry, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns. After 14 days from receipt of purchase, no refunds or exchanges will be issued. Please note that custom orders and sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.

Repairs:
We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of all our jewelry. Repairs are free of charge within 3 months of shipment date, based on normal usage. Repairs after 3 months are subject to a small materials and shipping fee.

We acknowledge that some of our jewelry contains small parts that can be a choking hazard, especially for children under the age of 3. By choosing to purchase any of the jewelry for a child, you accept liability for the safety of the child.  Parents should use caution when child is wearing jewelry and never let a child sleep in or with the jewelry. Parents should ensure that a child never puts jewelry in his/her mouth.
